I finished changing the transmission fluid and for the rear differential as well. Does anybody know if the the transmission and rear differential share the same fluid between each other? Or are they separated entirely and have their own contained fluids?

The driveshaft does not carry fluid from the trans to the rear end.

Even cars with rear mounted trans axles generally have 2 separated fluids, AMG GT for example.

Thank you! Only reason I asked is because I changed the trans fluid first and then had to reverse the car up a ramp to get access to the rear differential and was afraid that the old fluid would get mixed up to the front trans fluid.
