I'd buy +45 all around and adjust with spacers rather than having 2 different offsets; that's gonna be a bitch to sell later.

I wouldn't worry about having two different offsets... I think that a staggered setup is more appropriate.

A member just did 9 +35 all around and it is the most flush fitment I have seen yet without camber.

I'm thinking of rocking a 17x9+22, which in my calculations sticks out 2mm more than the 18x9.5+30

i'm thinking of getting the work emotion kiwami 18x8.5 rims all round with +47 front and +38 rear

for the rears, would this be a better flush than the 18x9.5 +38 as I saw some photos with the +38 sticking out quite a bit

i might lower the car about 1" or so in the future

Am I correct in saying that the Hub to Fender measurement is DarrenDriven's LTF of 30mm + Stock Wheel Offset of 48mm = 78 HTF on the rear?

Jeez, I made this too complicated...

So the stock wheel is a +48mm offset, then there is 30mm of distance from the lip of the wheel to the fender (at stock spring height) so if you wanted that 17x7.0 wheel to sit flush you would need to SUBTRACT the 30mm from the offset for a final number of +18 for a 17x7.0. (lower offsets sits farther out from the car)

Ahhh... shoot, not sure about that one. I'm not clear on how wide the actual hub area on the wheel measures.
