Is it safe to flash to non FF tune with 18% E in tank?
Not sure if the tune is just Non FF or non E85 tune, but I need to flash back and go to the tune so I can plug my o2 sensor back in for emissions.

Just go for a long drive and burn off some more. Should be OK with 18 anyway really.

Anythong under about 30% ethanol will be fine thier is a lot of fueling adjustment and more E means more knock resistance and if you on a petrol tune it will jave low ignition advance compared to an ethanol tune

Most fuel has 10-15e content already in it. So that would do much. Watch your fuel trims and keep from going wot till your FTs stabilize

I've driven for about 10 miles on e85 with the stock tune when I had some issues flashing the e85 tune. Was fine. Fuel trims jumped to 20-25 percent, but I just kept the rpms low and tried to stay off the throttle. No problems, not even a CEL.

Just don't romp on it, keep it in closed loop and ecu should be able to compensate fine based on o2 sensor feedback.
