With the auto HVAC stuff sometimes mine doesn't turn the foot vents on so I need to do it manually and it can help with warming up the bottom area, but it's definitely not as fast as above. The cabin itself can get pretty hot quickly, within 8-15 minutes of actual driving for sure (once you're done sitting at red lights for 10 minutes..).
