camshafts aee in good condition there are no Scratchs or porting marks that let the cam clearance go far .

You have me curious now. I am going to have to check the clearance on my spare block before I tear it down next week. I know a local that is getting a lot of noise when the DI system fires up. I wonder if his lash has fallen far out of spec. It's a shame that you have to pull the block just to check the clearances. Flat engines can be rather painful to deal with.

I'm sure if someone was very dedicated you could do it without pulling the block but it would probably take the same amount of time to pull it.

sorry about it

i reseal it as it shown in last photo

the leaks came from camshafts holder and from bottom of front cover and i apply sealant without rebuilt the engine or remove any parts

after few days i check it and there are no leaks , so it is work ^^ and save $$

I don't mean to bother, but let me get this straight, you're telling me that you basically just put sealant over where it was leaking and it stopped? No tearing of the engine correct? If I'm reading this correctly, that's fucking bad ass!
