02 Sensor Socket Size?
I bought one and forgot what size it is...does anyone know? I have to install something that calls for a 27mm socket and that sounds right/close.

Most O2 sensors are 22mm / 7/8". I've never taken the sensor out of the twins but I'd bet that it's the same size.

You're correct, I do recall buying a 7/8" socket. Thanks, guess I'll run to AutoZone and pick up a 27mm socket.

Get a 6 point socket if it is for what I think it is. Apparantly it helps.

It's to tighten up the themostat adapter plate on my Perrin Oil cooler. I just picked up a 27mm socket at AutoZone. My socket sets only go to 19mm so anything above I forget what is what.

That is what I knew it was for. It is a very difficult nut to get the socket on due to the design of the adapter plate.

You were not kidding, that adapter design is not socket friendly!
