Jdl ultra quiet front pipe donut gasket
I installed a 2.5 ultra quiet front pipe. And the gasket that came with the jdl unit doesnt seem to fit right to me. The flanges dont meet, or is that intended?
Anyone that installed this front pipe have any insight? Thanks! |

Flanges dont touch with a donut gasket, and loosen the nuts so it can flex.

Hmm,
Exhaust leaks here a little. How big of a concern is this? |

Maybe you damaged the gasket when you tightened the bolts down to much? Go get another gasket and try again.

Gaskets provided by JDL are crap. Get a Vibrant gasket 10108G for replacement.
