Will changing wheel width and offset affect alignment?
I've changed rims with the same dimensions just a lower offset and the passenger side seems to poke out quite a bit more, I thought only suspension mods affected alignment unless I'm wrong somewhere.

Lower offset = more poke, your alignment (caster, toe, camber) will stay the same.

Got a pic? Perhaps the offset or wheel width is different? Also check to make sure there aren't any wheel spacers on that side.

Yeah that's odd, I guess the top of the wheel would poke out more if that side had extreme positive camber or vice versa if the bottom of the wheel is poking out more.

maybe your staggered setup got switched? Is it possible you have a front and a rear on the same axle? |
