brake rotor need replace?

Looks fine, normal with track use

My AP Sprint rotors look like that

Buy a pair of cheap digital calipers and check the thickness too, not just the surface condition.

Yeah, that looks about 1/3 as bad as my rotors did before I replaced them. I also use DTC 60s.

Yes. I'd defer to what Mike and wparsons have to say, but depending on how hard you push it I'd say you've got between three and ten more track days left on them. And yes, I know that's a big range. It depends on how hard you're driving.
Also, assuming you're not getting a BBK any time soon buy some Togue Factory ducts. Or maybe the Velox ducts I've heard rumors about.

You still have life in the rotors. Keep in mind, using brake ducts isn't necessarily the best route to take. Understandably, some people benefit from them without understanding the reason behind them. Different pads react differently with ducting so it has to make sense before going that route.
