Your best bet may be getting a catted front pipe, that way you don't have to worry about the header having a cat.

Another issue with catless headers is that you'll either need a tune or a modification to your O2 sensors unless you're fine with a check engine light...
Well Ill most likely have a Visconti tune, hes about a 45-1hour drive away from where i live now, so ill have all the parts installed before hand and have him personally tune my vehicle for me so im pretty sure with a full catless setup he can tune the car the right way without a check engine light.

So do not include the
Perrin CAI
Zeta Silicone Inlet tube

and just get a drop in filter?(Any in particular) Why only just a drop in though?

If you're going to get the perrin CAI might as well get a Perrin intake tube. With the CAI you MAY end up with more power after a tune but the stock airbox and intake tube are really well designed, the only hitch is from the stock filter. You might want to ask John directly, he could probably give you a solid answer.

I love my HKS drop in filter because it looks cool. Not that you really see it, but still. It's really just a "Pick your poison" thing. I only have a front pipe/catback and a drop in an my car is NOTICEABLY faster. Much more torque in the midrange power band. Enough to knock your head back into the headrest if you aren't ready.

This is why I was leaning more towards the TRD intake. Similar to stock, but it must be better since its aftermarket. Then I started hearing about the perrin cai and now I'm stuck lmao!

One dyno has shown that the K&n drop in is way better power and money wise

The only reason I would get an intake is to clean up the engine bay, or if you need more space for something else.

I think I would recommend light weighting first, cf drive shaft, lightweight crank pully, some light weight 17". Rims (wedsport) light weight fly wheel +tune. That's the route I took and holy shit change! Not to mention it improves your mpg if you don't bury the pedal every day. After I did that I went borla UEL( I wouldn't recommend it, but JDL has a good UEL) and that got rid of the torque dip. And perrin catback (sounds great but I wouldn't recommend it either, 2lbs heavier then stock)

And with all that done I'm going vortech sc/visconti, with a D3 catch can.

Of all the upgrades I did the most noticeable was the light weighting... Though the UEL was awesome getting rid of the torque dip.

Invidia Catless Front pipe
Nameless Performance Single Exit 2.5" Track pipe
Perrin Overpipe
Borla Cat delete Midpipe
Perrin Cold Air Intake
Zeta Silicone Intake Pipe
K&N Drop in Filter
Revworks UEL Header

Thats about it for now, so If theres room for improvement im all ears!
You forgot ear plugs to keep your ears from bleeding... that is going to be loud as heck.

Why not get a nameless combo with catless front / overpipe (single piece) and the nameless axleback..... should be cheaper that way. (edit, i see you figured that out).

I don't think anyone has tested a CAI WITH full exhaust (headers included) yet. As we have seen the major bottleneck in the stock exhaust is the factory header.... once that is replaced (along with the rest of the restrictions, front pipe, etc) and a good custom tune is added... the perrin or fa20club cai's may actually make a noticeable gain over drop ins... not saying they will, only that i don't think we have seen it tested yet.

the problem is if he does a Full nameless combo i don't think they offer a mid pipe
