Yup this set up from Rota will NOT fit in the front. Waiting on spacers now..

So I'm on s techs right now with stock wheels. It's a 2.5 finger drop so I dunno, maybe a drop of an inch and a half. I want to get a set of rpf1s that are 17x9 with a low offset. Here is the problem. In 5x100 they only have 17x9+45. I don't really want my spokes to be at the same level as the face so I was hoping to get a little concave. I plan on getting the project Kics 5x114.3 conversion spacer. It's a 15mm spacer. Then I'll get the rpf1s with a size of 17x9+22 square all around. Will it fit? Not sure what tire size to get it will be x/40/17 not sure about how wide a tire I should get

Thanks,
Tim
17x9 , 245/40 or 255/40

A +22 with 15mm spacer will net +7. That is aggressive fitment.
Vs OE Wheel:

Out 66mm in the front/rear. 16mm more inner clearance.

Poke in rear, 2" poke lol on the front. :-) run a lot of camber.. :-) :-)

probably gonna run a 245 on it most likely. thinking about how much stretch/camber I need
Only 5mm more poke than my new ones, shouldn't need anything too aggressive stretch or camber wise.

How come some wheels make the tires look more stretched? Both of these are on a 18x9.5 wheel and tires look totally different..

245/45R18 which measures 9.65

255/35R18 which measures 10.04

The wider 255 looks more stretched than the 245..

Different brand tires aren't always exactly how wide they say. For examples NITTO tires run small, a 275 of theirs may be as wide as a Michelin 255.

^Truth.

Plus, some tires have that "rim saver" lip that flares out over the rim. If a tire of the same size doesn't have that, the rim will seem to poke more.

Different tire manufactures measure differently. As well as sidewall and tread design.

So not only do I have to decide on a wheel out of thousands.. I have to put just as much research into tires now, this should be fun.

I just picked up my 17x9 ET35 RPF1s from LSD Friday. Test fitted the wheel on the car tonight. Rear looks pretty good for clearance as the closest thing is the e-brake cable guide. The fronts I'm not sure about...see photo below. I'm planning on running 245/40R17 Z2s on these. What do you think?
