Honestly id be surprised if one catback made power over another. With such a picky ECU and weather among other factors pretty much all the dynos are in the margin of error.

+1, it's just a pipe... unless someone is adding some restriction in the muffler they are all going to amount to about the same. Buy whatever sounds and looks the best to you.

Perrin sounds good and the total system, down pipe/catback/overpipe ends up netting like 15whp and 9wtq.
The Perrin header back is also $1500+ (add more for high flow cat), well above the $1000 price the OP wanted.

For my money I would pick the Perrin, but if I was limited to $1000, it doesn't fit at all.

Nameless track pipe, $95 Nameless Downpipe (OEM Fit) $399.

total $500 gains of 12 WHP and 10 WTQ

Or as already stated, Nameless Axleback $550, Downpipe OEM fit $399 (OR Downpipe/Overpie combo for $499), and you are at either $950 or $1050 same 12/10 gains.

Have to agree with the nameless setup, sounds awesome and well built!
And you should be able to get the axleback+ downpipe+overpipe for around a grand. Or save even more by just getting a axledelete+ the downpipe+overpipe

Obviously people dont know about them as some of us members. I have had a horrible experience with them and if anyone even thinks about getting AP/Vivid items I will let them know. Not everyone reads a majority of the posts on these forums so they all dont know. IMO people who would even think about getting there products should be informed on how bad of a company they are.

You can simple ignore me if you dont like it but ever since they tried to fuck me and see that they are on these forums still bullshitting their way to steal peoples hard earned money I wont let that get away and potentially get another customer fucked like how I was with them. They havent changed one bit even when given a chance to prove them selves. Continuing to do what they have been doing since they have been around. If you were in my position or anyone elses and purchased their parts without knowing better I am sure you would be pissed as hell too. When someone spends their hard earned money they saved up for MONTHS to get their parts to find out it was a waste of money that is not cool.

I only bring them up if a person asks about them or in their thread where they were caught red handed. If someone is looking for an exhaust like this OP's thread I would of course bring it up. Its not like I talk about them randomly in every post. If you read about AP/Vivid and its brought up. I will keep talkin about them as long as they are on these forums since they obviously dont give a rats ass about anyone except for their own behinds/money. You would expect a company that specializes in car parts to be enthusiasts but they are one of the few that arent. People have gone to their shop and you would see NO cars that would be the type for an enthusiast in this scene. They have no respect for our scene and people like that IMO dont deserve to be given any respect if they dont give their customers any. Customers should never be lied to about things. If you pay for an exhaust or part that would be considered expensive and up their with other quality manufacturers you should expect nothing less of excellent. Not a part that is closely similar to other knock off companies that charge tons less.

Thanks for your input guys, it's really helping. I actually gave that d sport issue and have chosen either Perrin or greddy or mxp. I might lean towards mxp just because my cousins g37 has that exhaust so i know how good it is...

I have done endless research on exhausts and I can't find a better product than Perrin. They do the most extensive R & D but the end result is worth it. They are first on my list plus the Black option looks mean!!

IMO go with Perrin! They have quality parts and do lots of R&D on all their parts. Just look at their intake. Their blog talked about it all the way back in June and they still havent released it, probably in January from what I read.

So you know they will have quality parts with quality gains.
