Chadstyle's WRB BRZ...Updated Pics!!

After a 2 month wait my new toy has arrived. It came in last Friday night and the next morning I took some "before" pictures and put it up on the lift and swapped out the suspension and sway bars and put some new wheels on as well as front and rear strut braces with a Master Cylinder Brace as well. Once I got it back on the ground I put on the shark fin antenna and swapped out all the interior lighting and hardwired my Valentine One radar detector. Not a bad first day with the car. I haven't had a chance to take some really good "after" pictures and I've also done a ton more over the past week. I wanted to at least post a quick picture I snapped with my iPhone after the wheels and suspension and sometime this week I will do a full write up of all the parts and upload some nice pictures from my DSLR. I can honestly say I'm loving every minute of this car and I've owned some pretty sick rides.

I have big plans for this car and still have a huge stack of parts ready to install and UPS is adding to the pile daily. I'm stoked to be part of the club!!

EDIT: Here are a couple current pics of the car. If you like them, scroll through the thread so you can see the process from A-Z. Thanks for checking out my build thread!!

Here are some dyno numbers...I traced over the lines to make them more visible but the actual charts are posted in this thread and no numbers have been altered. I just wanted to make it more visible as this chart is busy with Baseline/93/E85 all on the same graph.

Here's another shot I had on my iPhone that I can upload now..this was the night before when I accepted delivery of the car. Of course as soon as they pulled the car around the skies opened up. At least the angle is the same so you can see the difference in ride height. Again, good pictures will follow in a few days and I'll detail the parts I used and the reason why I chose them. The rears are 18x9.5 with 255/35/18s and the fronts are 18x8.5 with 235/40/18s. I believe the offsets are +38 and +35 but I can double check for you. I went with these because I prefer the 18" size and the overall weight is identical to stock wheels. Plus I think the matte black on WRB goes awesome and I'll be installing a carbon lip kit and blacked out Perrin exhaust very soon. If you have any other questions I'm happy to help.

A quick list of the parts I already have or are in the mail but haven't been installed yet..

Billet Pro Shop short shifter
Carsmo Spoiler (at body shop now)
Perrin full exhaust and intake (waiting on intake to ship and want to finish break in before installing parts)
Perrin pulley
Perrin Transmission support
Perrin Rear Shifter Bushing
Rydeen factory style back up camera

I plan on modding the rear taillights and reverse lights this week as well but I'll spray them myself.

In the near future I'm looking at the STi lip kit or maybe a couple other very similar options..needs something though and needs it soon. I'm also waiting to pull the trigger on the WC lathe werks hybrid piston shift knob.

I need to take a couple week break on ordering parts with Christmas coming up soon and after dropping almost $40k on the car and all the parts the boss lady is keeping a close eye on my purchases now...lol!! I will def keep all you guys posted as I keep adding parts.

Please keep us posted on this, I really want to know how the short shift feels and also, the instructions online for it only show the BRZ Premium which has a different set of HVAC controls than the Limited?

Nice car and welcome!

wow that is an awesome first day... barely got to know her in stock form!

as a fellow WRB BRZ owner who also likes the black wheels, may I suggest... some smoke tint for the front side markers. unless you plan to get the JDM clears.

car is already looking great, can't wait to see more!

Yes man, I'm going to smoke the side markers and tails and reverse lights.. I can't stand all the chrome on the tail lights and I don't like the amber on the side markers. Blue and black, blue and black....

I have the Eibach Sportline springs and sway bar kit. For daily driving and street use its perfect. If you plan on track events I'd suggest coil overs. The sway bars are a nice addition and Eibach sells it as a complete set for our car. I've used their products for many years with awesome results. I will give a more detailed write up in the near future.

Thanks for all the compliments guys!! I love my new car!!
