BRZ MT hard to put in gear when warmed up

I have a ACT lightweight flywheel street clutch kit. This problem arised recently after a UEL Header install as well as a whiteline transmission bushing install. When the car is off I am able to shift freely, when I turn it on for the first time of the day or if the car is cool, I can shift to all gears freely. However, once I start driving and the car has warmed up, it feels as if, only from a stop, when I shift I hit a wall and I can't put the car in gear unless I rev the car to like 3500 rpms, or try to put it into another gear and if one is open then I can, while the clutch is still depressed, shift out of that gear and into first. Obviously, drive thru's and red lights I do not enjoy right now.. so if there is anybody that has had experience or knowledge on this could offer some advice I would really appreciate it happy 8/6 day btw

Edit: I installed the clutch kit about 9 months before the problems began.

I think this may be it. Looks a little overextended.

I'm not sure what symptoms over extension causes, but underextension causes your clutch to only partially disengage which locks you out of gears

Hmm.. is it possible It needs more extension this far out bc that's exactly what is happening.

Adjusted and tested several points, will confirm that clutch pedal adjustment is not the problem.

Check the clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder and line for leaks. Also check your fluid levels.

The fluid levels are good, all of them are. Going to flush and replace/bleed the brake/clutch fluids this weekend or tomorrow, and change transmission oil to motul 300. Hopefully one of those does it

Unfortunately, might be clutch drag endemic to ACT clutches.

Happened to me: https://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=128871. I personally know of it happening in another instance to my friend. Both ACT

I had the same problem with the ACT clutch it didn't go away untill the clutch killed itself from clutch drag. I even did steel braided clutch cables, forged clutch fork, and high temp clutch fluid. Something that helped out a lot though was getting a solid shifter mount. Their like 30 dollars online and a lot of work but worth it. If its anything like this video. Now im running the exedy stage 2 clutch and its holding up to my 400-450hp.

If it is like that just get ready for winter because it gets worse in the cold.
