RPF1 17x8+45 re71 245 40 17 overall review

Life is filled with all the things u don't know

Guys buy the set of OEM sensor
RPF1 came with the red valve stems
If u wanna keep u OEM set for winter & still wanna use those red valve stems
Buy it before u go to the tire shop
#rpf1 #gt86 #frs #brz #re71r #newwheels

After sooo many things happen
Here is my over review

1. Make sure r u going to update a big brake kit
2. Choose the wheel & tire size that fit ur car and
also fit the brake kit u will update
3. Check the wheel & tire size with the online calculator
To make sure those will fit u wheel base
Also u can’t check Own review , there is one on our forum
4. Check u OEM wheels is there a TPMS, if so either u can use the OEM
Sensor which usually a one peice deigns with the valv stem on it
Or buy a after market sensor for ur car model

Note: some of wheels come with very nice stem
Buy may not fit any sensor u either use it with tire
Pressure light on or just use the OEM sensor
5. Check out ur OEM lug nut style, there 3 popular styles
And see is the OEM lug nut has the same style with ur new wheels
If not buy the new lug nut that fit ur new wheels
6. Center cap for the wheel , the OEM one may not fit!
7. U need hub ring to install the rim buy it before u install

That my over review for change a after market wheels

5 sets of wheels for this car... Never got TPMS sensors for any of them. On 2 I'm averaging a pressure check every mile driven...

I didn't realize you could use aftermarket valve stems on any TPMS sensors though.

Quick update the red stem does not fit any sensors, u either use them with tire light on or just go for the OEM sensors!

You can play hide and go seek along the wheel gaps.

jayliiu.jiayu: problem with racing seats is that for safety they should be used with full set of accompanying extras, multi-point harness, safety cage .. and helmet to not crush skull on cage tubes . Also that multipoint harness has some specific requirements how to fix/mount it, to not submarine in crash. But eg. wearing helmet when driving on public roads is not legal here (reduces visibility), same about altering stock safety systems functioning (eg. stock airbags).
So i'd consult first what's legal, what's not in country you live in first, if you wish to dual use car.
If that works for you, you can go "minimum" route, using stock seats/belt, but getting some clip or CG-lock for more secure fixing in seat lower body. To tension shoulder part, one can use trick of moving back seat, then quickly pulling safety belt for it to "lock", then moving seat back to tension it.

thx for the head up

i am in canada so i should be fine with racing seat

will keep the stock harness for daily
for the harness bar still in considering
http://www.ft86speedfactory.com/agen...l#.W53W4PlReCo
cause there is a hock behind the rear seat. but the angle is not too good tho
for the harness i am going to do a 6 points for sure
will keep all senors for sure
