What shop are you going to?

I would check with Elite or The Racers Line for a 2nd opinion as they probably have the most experiance with track set-ups including the CRs for the twins in Norcal

I have several sets of partially used pads from track days that have worn at different rates, I use a belt sander to remove surface contamination from the best and use them.
You could try pulling them, check for abnormal wear and clean them up and try again.

I went to elite performance. Eric drove my car and said he changed about 5 set of CR and never had this problem before.

Hmm. Elite knows what they are doing when it comes to track parts. Interesting reasoning but he does have a lot of knowledge.

@CSG Mike do you have any input just based on description of the sound or the reason provided?

Yea..He said nothing I cant do at this point except using it until the degrading surface is gone. Go track and hard braking for a lap or two or find a empty area to hard brake many times until the sound is gone. =/

Ahhh, I get what they are telling you now. Just the wording was a bit confusing. Brakes like that dont stay bedded for long off the track due to the temps being too low as a DD. You could swap back to OEM til track day or just make a couple hard stops a day to try and keep a transfer layer on the rotors to help control the noise. Or just get used to the noise #bcuzracecar

I haven't done any bedding, I just drive normally, and possibly couple hard brake during the past 3 weeks.

What is the problem here? Improper bedding? I checked my brake fluid and the level is okay.

Thanks
Try fresh rotors.

For the question about them not having as much bite as your previous pads, when CR's are cold they have a pretty low coefficient of friction, comparable to OEM pads at best. Get them even a little warm and it goes WAY up though, they're like glue compared to OEM once warm.
