Go to Rev Works for the install, and have James Martin do your tune. Both best options in your area.

thanks all. this gives me some idea more or less. it'll be some time before I do this upgrade but I want to start getting a leg up on finding the right shop/person in my area. I'll give rev works a call too. thanks again.

Man, is it just me or are labor rates in California just lower across the board?

what would this job cost over there? Auto work is a bit high here. I had to have plugs changed on my F150, I knew it would be high due to design flaw with the way they sit (known issue), but man everyone here wanted more than everyone else in the states. At least from what I read on forums.

CSG charges a $1k flat rate for Edelbrock kits purchased from CSG.

It also just happens that CSG is Edelbrock's featured installer, and has done more e-force installs for this platform than any other shop in the world. Installs performed by CSG qualify for Edelbrock's powertrain warranty (provided you meet the other conditions).
