key on-engine off---Dump pack 27.02, Starter---13.0
key on-engine off-ESC engaged---less than 23.0
at idle---Dump pack 27.8, Starter---14.3
3000 RPM---Dump pack 28.0, Starter 14.4

The Phantom meter meanwhile stays at 28.3 the whole time except for when the ESC is engaged when it drops below 23.0.

It looks like your blower is just not drawing the proper amount of current for whatever reason. I would check all the connections again. And if you have an amp clamp....no never mind that would only work on AC.
Hmmm. I'm starting to think it is the Procede again. Rob's recommendation is to swap to the WOT switch and see. Need to review the wiring diagram again.

If it's not battery I think it's procede. I would reload the map and run through the throttle mapping on it.

On a new topic has anyone set the activation point at 50% throttle (on a non-procede car of course).

I wonder what the boost level would do... might damage the compressor or stress it?

FIXED. kinda.

After I reflashed the Procede, twice, with Sojhinn's rev 2 map and re-calibrated the throttle which seemed to fix the issue. The first time I flashed it there was some weird stuttering going on so I had to double flash. After driving around for awhile I realized that my batteries DO have some issues as a second gear pull would drop my voltage down to the 17.Xs and shut off the ESC temporarily. I'm not sure if this is the root cause of the failure or if the calibration was thrown off somehow but either way it seems mostly fixed now.

I only had my ESC taken off completely for a day but it reminded me just how slow our cars without FI are <_<. It feels like there is literally no pull below 5000rpm.

I would like to thank everyone for the suggestions and Sojhinn for the amazing Procede map (I used rev2). The map seems to be much smoother than standard.

Thanks bro. If you want a sportier map I have a rev 4 but it's not as smooth.

I have a few people driving with it.

A member took his car to someone who tuned the phantom on the ecutek system. The person working on that tune is a very well respected member of this forum. He stated that shivs tune is pretty damn on point and you wouldn't get much more for a custom tune.

I'm not sure how much more meat is on the bone but you can always ask shiv for a custom tune.

In my opinion it wouldn't be worth it.

yea his e85 is prefect. no issues so far. on 91 kool managed to edit the tune so no more knocking. I will probably get one eventually once i settle down with an overpipe and a mid pipe

I had my MAF scaled for 1-3% fuel trims on my NA tune. When I installed the ESC they where 10% off again. Had to rescale that made a big difference is smoothness and throttle response. It will never be 100% right on e85 without flex fuel. The bucket trims don't do a very good job at hitting target AFR. Contrary to what Shiv says but depends on which tuner you want to believe.

hey guys,
I'm ESC v3, v1 dump pack, odyssey starter, e85, procede controller(sojhinn rev2 tune), oft (shiv esc e85 tune)
stock headers and overpipe.

Over the last couple of weeks I've noticed my volt meter climb from 28.3-5 up to a consistent 28.8 and sometimes 28.9

Should I be concerned? I know eventually I'll move up to the dual bigCranks, but what should I be looking out for?
