What offset should I get?
Hello,
I'm pretty new to getting wheels and I was wondering what offset to get to make my wheel flush with my fender. I lowered my car about 1" and was aiming for 18 x 8.5/9.0 wheels. Do you guys have any suggestions? Appreciate the help! |

Yeah I took a look at that chart but I was a bit confused. It shows 2 offset numbers for a drop of 1". I was looking to go for a square set up, not quite sure which offset number to use.

If you are going to put the stock wheels back on (for winter or whatever) then keep 48 or 43 et and get the spacers done. And you really have to pick your wheel width. A 9 inch wheel et 35 will poke past the fender, an 8 inch wheel will not. Hence the chart. |

I've decided to go with the 8.5 inch width. I'm ok with the rear being sunken in, just want the fronts to be flush with the fender. I also won't need to swap the wheels around because I live in California so no snow here.

By looking in the table in the thread I linked - there is a star for a perfect fit.
