Just as a update dam thing came back and dealer replaced the same piece again. While talking to the tech he told me it had to do with the brake light loop. So on my way home from having it replaced the lights turned back on. As soon as I got home I thought I would try to unhook my self installed third brake light that was tapped into my left brake light for power. Since I unhooked it I haven't had the problem.
