A new tune corrected the issue. I was told it may be something with the 2015 being different than the other models. I honestly couldn't care any less at this point because I can finally drive again. My lesson was that once I tried all the obvious things it was time to give it to a professional to fix.

I dont think anything has changed. Sounds like an excuse for the bad initial tune. Glad to hear you are up and running again

I totally understand where you're coming from, and I admittedly do not know for certain. I have dealt with two different tuners and have way too many variables from dealing with either one to make a judgement call beyond customer service. I am very satisfied by the level of service I received by all parties involved. My big takeaway is that I am over my head as a DIYer trying to mess with installing and tuning forced induction on a car. Maybe you will be smarter/luckier than I was. Maybe I caused these issues by install error/order error/flash procedure error maybe it was a bad tune. The only thing that I am certain of is that I just don't have the time to mess with guesswork because I need to have two operable vehicles ASAP so I can sell my old DD to buy an engagement ring for the old lady before the rest of my hair falls out and/or my gut gets any bigger

If I had more time to find and digest information then things could've been different, but here I am with more money than brains because I have invested 95% of my life (for better or worse) to working to earn money. I wish I could have more leisure time to learn to handle these things, however from an economics standpoint I should just continue to do what I know until I have enough $ to pay other people to do things correctly the first time for me for a fair price.

after looking at your log, the MAF scaling was way off. The advance timing looks odd, and the pump pressure is weird, and your AFR is wacky. Bad initial tune, is my guess.

But it also looks like I'm late to the party, damn

I don't know if this will make a difference or if someone more experienced can chime in but is a reflash required when a bad map sensor is replaced? I had an issue in the past that a reflash corrected. I also found that allowing the car to idle and sort of get used to the tune made a difference as well. Any thoughts? I am waiting for my air oil separator to come in the mail, but I am going to do some more playing around with this now that I have my new DD at least "safe enough" to drive at this point.

I know this was like ten days ago but I noticed nobody's answered. If you scaled your MAP sensor in the tune using your bad sensor then yes you'd need to rescale with the good sensor then reflash. If you never scaled it to your specific sensor then you're (probably) good to go without a reflash.
