Does your car run okay, stumble at all? When the AVCS system on the WRX/STi acts up in similar manners the car runs like crap.
Car runs fine for now. But how do you explain this?

This is the can on the drivers side coming from under the ac compressor to the can back to the intake. Coolant is always disappearing in these cars. There is no moisture under the oil cap.

...this has to be a joke? That literally looks like lotion or something else that is three letters and starts with a "c".

Could it be assembly lube?

I had been having issues with the car stalling on startup after the built engine was installed and it just kept getting worst. I had sent logs to bill at delicious tuning and he sent me back an updated tune. My fear is that the two tunes he sent me he might of kept adding more fuel below a certain rpm. During this time I was running Crawfords air oil separator (AOS) which returns the oil back to the engine. Not a good thing to do when it's fuel getting dumped in the engine. Thank god I decided to get the Radium dual catch can setup!
found this just before the dyno.
Here is the results. Blue is the first dyno I did when the turbo was first installed on the stock block.

It has been a while since I watched the video about the Crawford BRZ.
But in that story, they explain that they take the whole engine apart to inspect the components and when they reassemble it the ONLY parts they upgraded were the valve springs...
Or maybe we are talking about a different "Crawford BRZ"?

Well there's $12k you'll never get back. Who puts cams and ported heads with stock valve springs?!

Most people get white sludge because it's oil mixing with condensing water due to colder weather. Crawford made a second revision of their WRX/STi AOS to circulate coolant through the can to keep the temperature high enough that wouldn't happen, because the V1 was dumping sludge back into the engine. If you are getting enough blowby and enough water somehow you'd end up with that.

This might sound stupid, but have you checked your oil pressure?

Can you check on the torque app if they are running or not? I'm interested if you can. If you can, let me know how please!

What's the boost target on both runs? What's the c/r on the new block? If you've dropped a couple points you're going to need a lot more boost to make the same power you were before.
