Just bought an Openflash Tablet. Should arrive in the mail soon.

Question.

What would be the best tune to run for the following setup and what sort of results should I expect over stock in terms of HP and TQ gains? I'm not expecting huge gains, my main goal is to eliminate the torque dip.

6Spd. Manual using 98 RON Australian Fuel (Essentially the same as US 93)

MODS
AFE Takeda Intake
Tomei UEL Header
Invidia Q300 Catback

If your header is catless, stage 2 is what you're after. Might also want to look at steve99's thread on AU petrol which seems like it can be be pretty horrible.

Start with the UEL stage 2 and you may need to scale your MAF and tweak the ignition timing for best results.

EDIT: Or run E85

UEL stage 2 91 on 93 gas is a healthier tune at the expense 2-3 top end HP (from what I've been told)

Current setup:
FT86SF Catted UEL Header
TRD Cold Air Intake
TRD Catback Exhaust

Running OFT Stg. 2 per local shop and Shiv's recommendation. It looks like some folks are saying the data logs can look a bit odd on Stg. 2 and maybe I need to dial back to Stg. 1.

Any insight on this?

You should post your data logs so we can look at them to tell if its running safely or not. Anything else is just guessing at this point.

Make sure you go to "configure data channel" and choose useful channels before you try logging. Many people including me did logging with channels selected as default for the first time so had to log it again.

just installed the OFT for the first time, only mods I've got is the grimmspeed intake and srt headerback running the 93 oct tune. First time i ran it through had a pause around 4000 rpm with significant change in the noise coming from engine, just wondering if its normal?

I don't think the pause is normal, but the noise at 4000 is normal and caused by the more aggressive valve timing. (from what I have read)
