Is the tightening nut the top bolt or the bottom bolt? I only managed to tighten the bottom one because the top one has a weird bolt pattern

bottom, where the air is probably leaking. Spray soapy water on it while the engine runs to see where air is leaking.

Hmm actually I figured it out! I just had to tighten that blue bolt and it stopped leaking! Thanks a bunch!
