Try more like 8 $50s. And thats if you can find someone willing still.

Swapping back to stock is really the best way.

I didn't say that there could be things that might be more beneficial. However, if I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it right and spend the money to squeeze all the power out I can. Which is why I would go turbo if anything.

Correct. I am not saying there is not power to be gained, but its not alot and for ppl in CA its worth to spend your $$$ else where then on a header unless you want a certain sound...

in my opinion the only other better spent money is a E85 set up or a CARB supercharger kit. while i would love to go E85 there are only 2 pumps within a 20+ mile radius so its just not feasible for my daily driver. As for the supercharger I dont have 5 grand to throw down on a kit right now. I could get a tune but i dont feel like paying a bunch of money to screw with my ECU right now. (just in case i need warranty work done) So to me the next best thing is a header.

Oh without a super charger, a tune+header is the way to. I highly recommend the OFT and OFH header combo. Its by far the best 1000$ you can spend on performance mods. The header really does not shine without the tune.

why would anyone want to live in South Carolina?

there is a lot more to Cali than 2 cities. just some food for thought.

if you dont care about having a cat I 100% agree with you. as far as bang for your buck goes that combo is king IMO too.

For me i wanted to go Catted mainly for volume purposes.

Eh, Cali has the weather. You can surf, snowboard, see giant trees, and go to disney land all in the same day.

I am confused as to why I live here now.
