Has anyone found a thermostatically controlled oil cooler kit yet that will work with the KW kit?

Here are some third party results we're not sure everyone has seen, this is with the standard C30-94 Kraftwerks Kit:
http://www.onpointdyno.com/?p=3366 "Richard’s 295whp Kraftwerks Supercharged FRS" The first time I got my hands on a Rotrex was when Modified editor, David Pratte brought me a Kraftwerks kit to install in his Civic racecar. I couldn’t believe my eyes when the car made 400whp with that kit. Kraftwerks has done it again with their FR-S kit. From what I saw the materials used in the kit are top level, with beautifully machined and anodized pieces. Because these ECUTek kits have locked tunes, we always recommend clients purchase the “tuner” kit, so that they don’t spend needless money on a tune file we will have to overwrite. It turns out that was the right decision for Richard, as he ended up spending a small amount more than the “tuned” kit would have cost from Kraftwerks, but received custom dyno tuning time specific to his car, his modifications and Canadian fuel and climage. Now as he makes more changes, we have the base map and can continue to work on that tune. The car made great power, and drives wonderfully on the street. The transition from cruise to full throttle is seamless and the car has the perfect amount of power, with factory like response. This is how Toyota should have sold the car! ![]() ![]() ![]()

According to the comments in the onpointdyno link, dyno was done on 94 octane Canadian gas. IIRC, Bill @Delicious has stated that each octane accounts for about ~8hp. From a peak of 295hp minus 24hp going from 94 octane to 91 octane you get ~271 hp. Still kind of on the high end I believe since most dynos I've seen for this kit seem to suggest headers/exhaust don't really do much. Wondering if this is on the low boost or high boost pulley...

We're working on an automatic FR-S right now! We're still in the process of tuning, here are some early results! Some of you might like these numbers, don't forget we have the group-buy going right now also
-Baselined with 91 Octane, automatic with header, overpipe and exhaust. -Kraftwerks kit has a C38 tuned on E85 ![]()

Just wanted to ask...what led you guys to choose the C38-81 in particular, instead of say the C38-71 or C38-91/92? How much air is flowing w/ the high boost and low boost respectively, if you don't mind me asking.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Joe D and Brandon over at KW customer service today. I'd been putting off requesting my cogged idler pullies and even though I didn't have the normally requested information to reference, they were able to get me taken care of promptly and efficiently. Props to them, if you guys had a review section on your site I'd leave you 5 stars, but you don't so I'll leave this here. Thanks again KW.

Our decision was made in testing, and comparative end cost for the end user, this was the best result.

Another update from ONPOINT using the standard C30-94 Kraftwerks System:
"Here are the final numbers with the KraftWerks Performance Group supercharged FRS installed by Teknotik. Made 330whp with the Meth. Detuned to 300whp with the meth to protect against a meth system failure. Tuned with EcuTek International Ltd as always using their hybrid speed density and custom map switching via the cruise control stock to toggle between 330 and 300whp meth maps, and a safe gasoline map."
