That is exactly what I did. Got my tune the same day I asked for it.

Ok
How about the vacuum hose that connected on the stock intake tube, it says I'm suppose to take it off completely I believe, or do I connect it on the avo intake tube that is connected to the air box? If not, what is suppose to be connected to that side of the inlet tube

That's not a vacuum hose, it's a cramk case breather line if it's the one I think you're thinking of. It connects into the AVO intake line just after the airbox if that's the case.

Take a pic and post it to be sure.

And my other question is what do I do with this hose. I think the manual says to take it completely out, but what am I going to do with the end that connects to the engine?Name: uploadfromtaptalk1397158524720.jpg

That is the line that you plug into the fitting coming out of the intake pipe that points toward the throttle body.

Protpibe taught me that one

Good thing you posted those pics because the hose you posted is the one that plugs into the intake tract. If you meant the 3/8" hose coming off the oil reservoir, then yeah, that one also plugs into the intake tract pre-turbo. You'll need to use a tee fitting to splice them all together.
