tips for installing amp and sub

So this weekend i will installing and amp and sub to my car..for the most part I am pretty good and setting this stuff up but some cars can be tricky when running wires. Any advice would help but heres a few noob questions i would like to ask.
Where can I run the wire from the battery to the inside of the car?(any easy spots)
How easy is it to remove the side panels to run the wires to the back?
Any good spots to mount the ground wire?
which wire can i use to run the remote wire?(i know its probably labeled on the wires in the radio just wanted a confirmation)
i appreciate any help guys.
