Will this fit? (width, offset and tire size Qs)

I'm sure this has been covered but I couldn't find the exact offsets I'm thinking of. Here is what I am thinking of running:

Drag DR-38 Wheels 17x8 with 225/45R17 Tires
Front Offset- 47
Rear Offset- 35

I plan on eventually dropping 20mm front and rear but not right away. Should I do the staggered offset or not? Thanks.

Is the bolt pattern also 5x100 on the wrx? If so the offset looks fine. Are you on lowering springs or stock springs?

Just get the +35 all around. You'll be glad you did

At stock height yes it pokes ever so slightly, but lowered there will be absolutely no comparison, the +35 is the way to go. Staggered offset will only make rotating wheels impossible (unless you want to poke the front and suck the rear)

I should clarify you are definitely on the edge with fitment (mainly the 255 RS3 tire), but I think it will be good.

I have 18x9+42 with 245/35/18. There was approximately 3mm clearance with stock suspension. With your 17x9+38 you will get an additional 4mm but the tire is wider so you lose some of what you gained. Either way it should fit.

When you mount them just make sure you have some clearance to the stock spring perch, that should be your only real concern. If there is not enough clearance a shim spacer of 3mm is your best bet.

I can do some measurements for you? I have 245/40's on 17x9 +38's with sportlines. So still stock spring perches

I was mostly wondering if anyone could tell me if I definitely need spacers or no. Since this is such an odd tire size for the brz, I guess I'll just have to put them on and see.

Assuming a bolt pattern of 5x100, you shouldn't have fitment issues from what others have posted. Poke and tuck is a different set of considerations. You may need some camber depending on how much you lower your suspension.

make that 245/35/18 (245/45 sets your speedo way off)and it will be near flush/poking a bit (some mm) in the front.
However be prepared that you car will have an "offroadish" look with the new setup, so you may want to consider at least an 1" drop with springs.

245/40 no rubs. 255/35 will work. Rear possible 265/35. Front should stay at max 255/35.

Alright guys I'm admittedly super new to all of this so feel free to flame if you must!

I'm really interested in 18x8.5 5x100 offset +48 (rear) WedSports SA-15R's for the rear. I'd like to wrap them in Hankook Ventus RS-3 275/35ZR18. I'm about 99% certain this will fit after research.

I'd like to do smaller width wheels (Maybe 18x7.5?) in the front with the same tire only in a size that fits. (Is 215/45ZR17 the right size for that?)

I also currently am still riding on the 100% stock suspension but will be moving to something adjustable here probably late summer (Can't afford to do all of this at once unfortunately) and I'd like to do a 1" drop.

I don't want to slam anything or even completely eliminate the wheel gap, I just want meaty wheels with no rub and ultimately a better ride.

If anyone could help me figure out if this would fit first with the stock suspension setup and/or let me know if I need to wait until I can buy something more adjustable to make it all work.
