I'm not sure if/when it started happening, but I read about some having the issue in the Resistor Removal DIY thread. I thought it was easier to just go through techstream.

When I bring my car in for service ill have them disable it

oh ya i forgot to mention, i think is start not working is when i hardwire my radar into the fuse (i just guessing, didn't pay attention to that until i notices). I'm sure hardwire doesn't make the DRL not working because i did unplug the fuse for the radar to see if that cause the problem and the solution is not.

well i put a spare fuse in the empty socket and use my hardwire kit to tap it with it. The fuse is insert properly.

I removed the DRL resistor from behind the bumped and had NO issues what-so-ever. Its also a heavy ass resistor, pretty crazy.
