Ah, yeah, that would probably be true. It seems small, but how much, I have no idea... quick someone plot up the camber curve of this car and see what the sensitivity to baseline SAI is...

Spacers, hubcentric:

This is the type of road I typically run on when not commuting.

this is with the stock tires and both camber bolts installed. TC on. A lot of intervention as the tires were breaking away easily with the swift springs installed. Kicked up a pice of asphalt bigger than my fist at about 0:19 into the "lap".
Your 245 tires haven't rubbed against the front lower spring perch?

I have 17x7.5 +50 on 215/45/17. After a track event, I noticed the inner tire rubbed against the lower spring perch. I have -1.5 and -1.7 front camber with OEM crash bolts.

Sounds like those having serious rust issues with the SPC bolts are up north. I have a set on the way but live down here in south Florida.

Any suggestions on rust prevention for SPC camber bolts i.e. spraying them down with never-wet or something?

I added a 5mm spacer to my 245/40/17 @+45 wheels and still have clearance issues. Camber plates will not have this problem.

That's actually not a bad idea, rust proofing it. I'm not sure what never-wet is, but coating the threads on a bolt might cause some problems during instal and removal.

I thought the same about install and removal of said bolts.

are these the 14mm bottom bolts?

http://ft86speedfactory.com/spc-camb...front-776.html

I have had the 16mm Whiteline bolts installed for about 6 months, and still holding good and no rust. (also have a set for sale if you need them)

No. Those are the 16mm bolts that replace the uppers and the same exact bolts you get from whiteline. The part you need is SPC #81260 for the 14mm bottom bolts.

How thick a coating does it leave per application? If it is thinner than paint I would not hesitate to use it on the bolts and steering knuckle or anything else cast iron or steel for that matter.

I installed the whiteline 16mm bolt last night and adjust it to negative camber but my wheels are are rubbing against the struts. My setup is stock struts with Eibach Sportlines springs on 18x9.5 rims on 225/35/18 tire, the tires have a little clearance but the rims are rubbing against the struts so this setup will not work! Have to run positive or no camber which is hideous on 9.5 rims sticking out on the front im waiting to switch out to coilovers with camber plates.

If you have anything more than maybe +35 offset on rims that wide, you'd have problems with clearance. you can do what I did and add a pair of spacers for clearance. Rulers are your friends.

Doesn't appear to leave a thick coating at all. Look at some of the product it is sprayed on. You don't even see it.

Ive gotten -9 degrees up front by notching the top hole plus using camber bolt in top hole. Bottom hole is left as is, oem bottom bolt. (Also camber plates maxed out up top)

Cheap way for camber on our mcpherson setup is top hole notch, although this brings the strut very close to the inner wheel well, might have clearance issues if not on coilovers
