Is this a better solution than the H&R? TC112

This looks like a good solution for those who need only a small rear adjustment and can be used without the installation of the difficult to install KCA326.

Yeah this makes sense.. Why go less play and harder to install.. I don't get it? I see the UCA kit in online shops bet never this one.
