H&R Camber Bolts

Just stumbled upon a few people using these on the forum and wondering if anyone can give any input on these as an alternative to rear control arms and front top hats? Im running kw v3s with stock top hats right now and would like some camber, toe and caster adjustability. Thanks!

The won't help you in the rear as it's not a McPherson setup. Go for it in the front. I had them on my Impreza with zero issues for three years.

Some have been using them in the lower control arms in the rear.

I got these installed yesterday.. was able to dial back abuot .5 of rear camber.

part number is TC112 and needs to be modified to work. about 5-6 threads needs to be ground flat.
Heard H&R does not like this since it might compromise the structure of the bolt, but it may be a good alternative until I pick up some good LCAs.

You were only able to adjust .5 degrees of camber in the rear?! Yea I also heard you would have to shave a bit down but I was hoping for adjustability around the range of 3 degrees of camber atleast

Sounds like it would cost more than buying LCAs if it does fail. SPC LCAs are only around 280 for a pair.

I dont think you can get more than 1 degree of camber with these..
Looking at the alignment spec and I was running -2.4 camber on the rear after KW install and used it to dial it down to -1.8

It's a lot cheaper than LCAs since these are less than $50. There seems to be couple of people running these. I'll have to keep an eye how these hold up over time..

I was prolly one of the 1st guys running these. Its easy to do, ask chris at perrin for instructions on what and how much to grind, they do add some adjustability to the tune of 3-4mm in each direction. Much cheaper than LCA, and if all youre looking for is to make symmetrical, its a far cheaper effort than LCA. I run them and highly recommend them. Its not for our car, but can be made to fit and its good quality steel

Product link? I am in for something like this...

Would very much appreciate additional info on these H&R camber bolts.
Don't have the necessary time/tools for the bushing and don't want to spend the extra $$ for lower control arms when I have less than a degree of camber to dial out.

SPC camber arms aren't that expensive, compared to other arm options.
