I got the car back Friday night. Pete@WORKS spent a couple more days working on it. The fuel trims at idle are now in the mid to high teens, so I think we still need to do a bit more work to get it closer to 0. Since it's still on the 7lb spring the plan is to drive it around for a week and go back for more fine tuning and upping the boost. It definitely drives a lot smoother now.

I don't feel it's entirely consistent or smooth with the power delivery, but we'll keep working on it.

The car pulled 293whp and 236lb/ft on their dynapack. With just a perrin resonated exhaust the car hit 140whp on the same dyno.

It sounds like that dyno reads very low, maybe explaining the lower numbers after the turbo was installed.

In reading about and looking at stock dyno numbers from other dynos, most are in the 155-170 range, so maybe your 293 is actually 300+ on any other dyno.

If that is true, then you are making more power than me. Get that thing on a Dynojet.

Pete@WORKS met me in Oakland, CA @ 8PM to swap cars. I think he only had power/torque plotted and not the AFR/boost with him sadly. I'll be back for those next time I'm up @WORKS. He hasn't changed the 7lb spring (which peaks just under 8psi). Let me see if it's in my backseat somewhere...

I didn't notice the 'Correction Met Fly Wheel' until now. The stock graph shows the same and is 140hp, so I hope this is really whp and not inflated. I'll have to get one with stock power on the same graph.

Here's the old stock vs turbo map.

Those are some of the weirdest plots I have ever seen. Your torque curve and corresponsing horsepower is all over the place. What are your AFRs and timing between 4000 and 5000 RPM?

Agreed. It's not smooth at all. On the old maps the fuel trims were crazy high (30-40), now they're between 10-20%, which is obviously still way too high at idle. The plan is to bring it back after living with it for a week and try fine tuning. Is this all MAF scaling if the fuel trims are so high?

I'll try and plot the boost/afr on my AEM wideband. I don't have the plot you want from the dyno run, but I'm sure he has it saved. They're 70+ miles away from me though

MAF and injector scaling are the two primary things. I have talked to many tuners now, and it seems that getting the injector scaling correct for these Bosch 550cc injectors is not easy.
