It's probably bad luck and the fuel pump happened...

It's probably bad luck and the fuel pump happened to die on you, check the in tank pump in the rear seat. Cycle the key to on without cranking and try to listen for a buzz from the fuel pump.

it looks like your open flash manager is outdated latest is 1.58. try uninstalling openflash manager then reinstall and plug in the tablet using a 2.0 usb slot not a 3.0. sometimes there is an issue...
