Thanks everyone for the feedback. I just completed the 2016 engine swap into the 2013 and everything plugged and play. Literally didn't have to change anything.

P.S. I was also able to get a tune...

its its not too deep, try meguiars ultimate compound... works best for me when it comes to scratches like those. Apply wax afterwards and it should help it look better.
