Issue with BC BR extreme low coilovers

ok so I installed my BC extreme low coilovers this past weekend and so far im having an issue that that is almost unbareable... I had them built w/ 10k springs front and rear. my issue is my car bounces like crazy in the rear. this isnt my first eperience with coilovers so i know there is an issue. Its like there is no dampening going on in the rear. Ive adjusted dampening several times and nothing has helped... Its like i purchased a set of $200 ebay coilovers. If anyone has any insight i would greatly appreciate it. I installed them myself and it was a pretty straight forward install. Idk if there is something i could check or adjust to help this issue...

I have no experience with suspension but I know that the stock spring rates are far less than 10k. 2.3k front 3.8k rear is the stock setup. Is the fact that your spring rate is so much higher the reason that your car is jumping? Why did you increase your spring rate over 300%? Your new setup seems awful stiff.

not familiar w/ bc products aside from seeing the name everywhere, but do they revalve their shocks to match w/ the higher spring rates? i would be doubtful but again, i'm not familiar with the brand

Have someone watch the car from the outside. You need to determine if the bouncing is from the suspension traveling up and down, or if it's the car bouncing on the tires.

Personally I think 10K rates is crazy high for street use.

I ran 10k springs on my previous car (s2000) and the ride quality seemed so much better. I was running Megan Racing Street series on the s2k so it wasnt like I was running high end coilovers

You did buy Ebay coilovers...

Sounds like you need far, far more damping in the rear. Keep adjusting the damping up and hope that it works.

I have bc br with swift 8/8k springs Upgrade, there's a time that I wish I opted for a softer spring rate. So I can imagine 10k would be super stiff....

OP, have you checked whether the car is sitting on some sort of bumpstop in the rear?

He said its LIKE he bought Ebay coilovers, re-read it.

And, I just don't know if you're used to having such a light car with such stiff springs, It's normal. Rode like this on my civic with 24k.
