A/F Wideband O2 Sensor Bung Location

Looking for input on where to have an O2 bung welded on for my A/F wideband gauge. It'll be installed on a VDS catless resonated front pipe. I have a few positions marked based on looking at pipes from other manufacturers like AVO, Motiv and others. Most seem to be positioned either towards the front of the pipe towards the overpipe or right about in the middle of the pipe. Would be interested in hearing from those that had an O2 bung welding on there front pipe as to were you had it done and such, also if you used a straight or angled bung. I had read somewhere something like they should be mounted at a certain angle or something like that.

Marked the pipe with the numbers on the top of the pipe as it would sit mounted and then at 45 and 90 degrees.

I would think this is more a tuning question and the answer would be in the header, after the collector.

Mmmm, nope, I'm gunna have to disagree. I know quite a few that run an a/f gauge that aren't boosted or tuned. Also, I'll be keeping the factory sensors on the VDS header.
