Finally installing my mods
So I'm finally catching up on installs this weekend... the anticipation is killing me
![]() Got most of it done yesterday, finishing today. I can't wait to see what kind of difference doing all these at once will make! Just hope it's not TOO loud. Comments and questions welcome. I will let you all know how it turns out later today (hopefully). |

The OFH + OFT stage 2 will be a noticeable performance difference.
Don't forget to let the car idle for a few minutes after flashing the new tune! |

I'm pretty sure OpenFlash Tablet supports OpenFlash Header :P
They sell the Perrin exhaust on their website and in their bundles as well. http://openflashtablet.com/Automotive/FRS/index.html Honestly, I don't fully understand how the maps work yet. I ran the stage 1 when I got it but I haven't figured out how to find and download new tunes. If I remember correctly, there is a stage 2 that comes with it. I don't know if there's a different stage 2 tune for one header vs another though, or if it's just a generic tune for exhaust mods. I just wasn't that worried about that part yet because I'm sure I can figure it out with some googling. Last edited by MikeM7; 03-29-2015 at 01:55 PM. |

With the OFH you want to use the Stage2 UEL tune.
All of the tune files are one their website assuming they didn't come loaded with your OFT. I would also update the OFT before flashing since they made an update which speeds up the flash time a few weeks ago. |

yeah it's based on your cars specific ECU calibration. When you hook up the OFT it will tell you yours.

To update the OFT, just plug it in to your computer and launch the OFM. It will automatically update the OFM and OFT. Assuming your car isn't really new and has a ECU calibration ID that is not recognized by the OFT, when you first plug it in it should detect one of the above IDs and create all of the required tune files on the tablet. If it doesn't then you will need to load the files manually. |

If I choose A00C, it says what it's supposed to, but I just can't click start. Edit: I closed out of manager and unplugged the OFT. Went back in and some of them showed that they had been added. I added another, and now the start button is clickable, so I guess it's working now. Last edited by MikeM7; 03-29-2015 at 07:34 PM. |

Is that the Perrin full exhaust system? Is yours resonated or non-resonated? Looking forward to your final set up!
