If I were you, I would get this guy's insurance involved and have it done professionally. It's his fault; he needs to fix it. Not because you can't, but because he needs to learn that this kind of thing is just not acceptable.

Take it to a reputable detailer… Preferably one that knows what a color correction is. It will buff out. What caused that, and how do you know it was him?

I know it was his because I know nearly every single mark on my car...and when I parked my door was fine. I went out 15 minutes later and all of a sudden my car has that big mark along it. It was obviously the idiot that didn't know how to park. This was after hours so no one else was walking around that parking lot. Only person to be near my car in those 15 minutes was the douche in the Audi.
