Paint Scratch!


Any ideas one how to fix this? and will the metal rust if i don't take care of it?

if it's the hood, no need to worry about rusting as it's aluminum. go get yourself some touch up paint and apply it on the scratch.

looks to me like about a 12 gauge scratch


does suck though. if you don't want to risk doing it yourself it shouldn't be expensive to get fixed right.

That is through clearcoat and paint obviously. I am not sure what your local detailer can do for you. It might require a full paint job to bring it back to new/OEM finish. I may be wrong. There are some people on here that can provide you with some knowledgeable insight for sure.
