High Beam - Foglight VA

Hey guys... I have a bit of dilemma here. I have the diode dynamics fog light, that turn on with the low beam
But if I use turn on my high beam , the fog light still stay on and that will cause me to fail state inspection.

Is there anyway to get around this?
What are my options? I was thinking maybe..
1. Remove fog light bulbs before inspection and just claims its for aesthetic.
2. Remove fog battery connection, pull fog light bezel, and put on stock OEM bezel. (Fog light housing and bulb is still in but no light)
3. Somehow turn off the low beam if the high beam is on.
