245-40-17 on 17x8 +35???

Will these rub? Yes I know that not all same-size tires have identical dimensions but in general, will this work? TIA

BTW, I tried asking in the "what fits" thread but was ignored.

What he said times two. Got a set of Rota Grids 17x8 +35 with Hankook 245/45/17 Ventus v4es. These guys fit with plenty of room.
Happy Turkey Day

Confirmed they fit. I run 245/40/17 on 17x8 +45 and they're very close to the strut, but you have more clearance with the +35 so you'll get a better fit than mine.
