The V8 killed it for me.... it essentially became a german muscle car, rather than a persition instrument the last M3 was before it

Bloated and lost it's way. Still cool to me though, only because it scared me when I drove it. That's gotta account for something.

I put sub-zero because carbon fiber roof and 8400rpm. Sure the V8 is too big and the overall weight increase is unacceptable, but at least the engine wasn't a stupid iron block S54 that was even heavier than the S65. Too bad the new M4 only revs to 7600 or so, I think this will be a classic!

Sadly, though, it's a crossplane V8, and not a flatplane

(Flatplane V8s are probably my favorite engine type)
