Creak/Clunk heard after increasing throttle, recent springs install

I had a shop install the Eibach Prokit springs a week ago and have been driving strictly on the freeway to work and minimizing miles until I get my alignment done. However I've noticed on city driving, when I'm driving slowly then hit the throttle a bit, there's a noticeable light creak/clunk sound from the rear. It's reproducible I would say more than half of the time. I've never noticed this before. I doubt it, but would an alignment fix this?

Check the sway bar links and if not it could be your left rear axle going. Lots of people having issues with it.

On the left axle? Was it just under load and unloading it made the noise?

Yep. It sounds just like the videos that were posted in the axle breakage threads.

Your still throwing money into this car? I'm happy with the .75 inch drop that the rce springs do. That's the same recommend drop that comes with the trd coils from japan.

But some with stock ride heights are seeing the same issue. Its a matter of driving style the dealer might say. hehe

Don't worry Turbozki gots you covered.

We did our suspension install on the weekend and have a nasty clunk from left rear. Does not sound like axle noise. Trying to rule out shock/plates or sway bar links.

Going to make sure we don't go passed 10mm drop.
