54-Way Connector in Engine Bay - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

Does anyone know where I can purchase the 54 pin connector in the engine bay that goes between the engine and the main chassis loom?

Toyota only have the connector available as part of the wiring loom, which is a very expensive way just to get the connector.

Even who manufacturers the connector would be helpful.

Thank you for this information, but it appears as if it is a world wide issue that the connectors are not available without purchasing an entire wiring loom.

Does anyone have any idea who the original manufacturer would be? I have checked the Sumitomo and Yazaki online catalogs without any success.

What about a car wrecker with a Toyota there that they can remove it from, or a Subaru if it is more like subaru wiring? Might be easier to find used than new.

Its been about another 5 months. We have use a second hand connector up until this point, but it would be nice to be able to purchase new. Does anyone have any idea where I might be able to find just the 2 sizes of male terminals?
