TPSM replacement

Hey guys so i was putting my summer tires back on after a cold long winter and i was in a rush and i heard the crunch of my tpsm snapping off the valve

so i ordered a new one does anyone know if i have to reprogram this one its a used one someone told me i need to reprogram it others tell me the computer will learn the new tpsm sensor

any ideas ?

It's not re-programming them. You have a pair them with the sensor in your car. I don't think there's a way to do with on your own. Dealerships usually charge anywhere from $50 to $150 to pair TPMS sensors to your vehicle.

Don't go to the dealer and pay money to reprogram your sensors. If you have a discount tire/America's tire near you they will do it for free. I'm not one hundred percent positive but I think our sensors automatically relearn themselves anyway.
