General Detailing Question
I maintain my car very well, however I have some questions on how often you should use some products.
For Example: Hand Wash: Weekly Wax: Every 2 Weeks Polish/Swirl Remover (With Buffer): ???? Sealant: ???? If you guys could help or have any suggestions that would be great! ps. I drive a firestorm frs if the color effects anything listed above. ![]() |

You only wash your hands once a week? Eww. I wash my hands every time after i pee or poop.
Edit: Ohh you mean car wash by hand... I think you clean/wash/wax more often than most of the people already. I wash my car about once every 3 weeks to a month. I apply sealant once or twice a year depends on how much time i have. You're good. |

How OCD are you about your car's appearance? I wash weekly.

I would suggest a good paint sealant and perhaps after every wash use a carnuba spray wax. Mother's makes a good spray wax which can also be used as a wax-as-you dry wax.
I would suggest visiting a couple detailing websites such as Autogeek.com or autopilot-carcare.com

I'm crazy about detailing my car as well
That being said I think waxing the car every 2 weeks might be overkill. Making sure that the soap you use isn't to harsh will keep the wax on longer.
