Yeah, that's the TRD Japan "kit" on the Stout Racing FR-S supposedly. Looks like they just run an idler in place of the A/C compressor.

@CSG Mike - is that really just a friction mount holding the GPS puck in place. I've got the same GPS and have been considering mounting options (current plan was to use velcro tape and mount it to one of the plastic covers for the child seat attachment on the back window tray).
