I opened bleed nipple with clutch not depressed
Title says it. Please don't make me feel dumb. But yeah, my fluid was low and all I was gonna do was add some clutch fluid and get any extra air out. Ended up with a pedal to the floor with no pressure. The clutch pin is stuck in the released position, no matter the position of the clutch. How do I fix this, and what tools are needed?

Would attaching a manual fluid extractor like this:
https://www.harborfreight.com/23-gal...tor-62643.html to the bleeder nipple and pulling brake fluid to the slave cylinder to build pressure work? |

you've got air in the clutch line. the line needs to be bled to fix it.
this video is the exact same procedure that you can do yourself.

It's ok. The assist spring holds the pedal to the floor if nothing is pushing back. Just close the nipple and make sure there's some fluid in the reservoir before pulling the pedal back up by hand.

And while he's at it, he should go under the dash and remove that clutch assist sprang. He'll be glad he did, I am.

Of course it wouldn't hurt to properly bleed it, but seeing as you are where you are, maybe get some help? PS, I don't mean to be mean about this, its just factual. You can make it worse if you mess up the bleeding procedure.
